This car started its life as a simple minded drive granny to the store economy car. But being the person I am, I wasnt satisfied. First came the exhaust complaments of Riches Performance Exhaust im Wylie Texas. It consists of a cat back 2.5 inch pipe w/ a 7 inch Magnaflow straight thru muffler.
Next came the intake. I decided on am AEM cold air. It also recieved a 160 degree thermostat, Crane Firewire plug wire set, Screamin Demon coil pack, and Hurst short throw shifter, solid upper motor mount, and EBC Green stuff pads and powerslot rotors all from Howell Automotive.
The TTI Exhaust header arrived and was installed at Riches Performance Muffler. Very noticeable power gains thru the entire powerband. Im hoping in the next 2 weeks to get it dynoed.
From Modern Performance it recieved a DC Sports CS2 upper front strut bar and 4 KYB G2 shocks.
Further, it recieved a filled lower motor mount and that came from Centeral Florida Motorsports
The decal were the fine work of All American Decal Guy.
Later, through various local connections I aquired 4 new dropzone coilover sets and a used NX wet system.
Last weekend 4-15-06 I installed my new suspension, four Dropzone struts and springs. Ride is much nicer for a daily driver than it had been.
The newest edition to my car was an LED shift light from Raptor Performance. Its wonderful. Very easy to install.
