I used a piece of electrical conduit as an extension for the transfer case lever after the body lift.
I fabricated a snorkle using 3" shop Vac hose siliconed into the old air intake hole. I still need to raise the axle/tranny and transfer case vents though.
Uniden 510XL CB mounted on the roof with a Firestick coil antenna mounted on the body.
