White66pony's 1966 Ford Mustang

HA! This is my favorite picture. Just to show you how Polish I am, when I found out that there was a crack in the exhaust manifold, I was rivited by it. I kept revving the motor and watching the exhaust come out thru the crack in it. After about 5-6 minutes of doing this I decided to turn the car off and work on something else. As I went to sit in the car, I realized that the exhaust fumes had made my eyes dry and they started to burn. I closed my eyes and got disoriented as I went to sit in the car and cut my face on the corner of the window.

I'm dumb.

It should be known that this car will be sitting for quite some time. Between going back to school and my mother begining chemo this week, I have too much going on to try to work on it.

On a lighter note, Here's some pictures of cats! Why? Cause I can!

With a bit of luck, and a fistful of cash, she'll see the light of day again. I'm sort of wishing I hadn't taken all those parts and sold them, but most of them would have been replaced anyhoo.

Since the last time I updated this page, I have done a bit of stuff to this car. The interior is gutted, I just need to remove the parts that I took off the exterior and junk them. Again, it is Winter time and beyond too cold to sit outside and do anything to the car. I don't have a garage, so I'm SOL.

Once the weather gets back into a better range, I am going to begin (again) to disassemble what is left of the car. I have removed the entire front clip, sold the headlight buckets and doors, rear fender extensions, shifter handle and brake MC.

I currently have the head taken off of the original 200ci I6 after breaking several bolts trying to remove the stock, cracked, exhaust manifold (unsucessfully!).

I figure that I can remove everything and start "cleaning up" the interior and smaller stuff now and than take care of the bigger stuff after school is done and I have a bit more money and a truck.

A few newer pics of the car. It's not in bad shape, compared to one I just saw sell on ebay for more than I paid for this one.

Here's a few pics of what I want her to look like when she's finished and parts I plan to use.

Hey anthony, good luck with the restoration and planned upgrades. Takes time and money and we all have plenty of that - right ?! Anyways, have fun with it and keep the pics coming. If you have a chance, come check out my 66 Mustang Fastback and let me know what you think. Cheers !
