First is the story of the car. Found on the internet went and looked at it ran great, the thing ran awsome until later that night that me and my friend were taking it around some corners. before we even got to the first corner it started nocking. so I baby it back to the school parking lot. stop and call up my dad and he came out with a rope and pulled it home, the next cupple of days was very frusterating, I found the main cause of the rod failier a screw from the distributer fell all the way down into the oil filter hole when the guy before took it to the local juffy lube. And the screw that fell it the hole logged in one of the oil passages to the crank shaft and that is the story of the spun rod bearing. you can see the screw in the pic at bottom of page on the left side

Now that I have got it all back together I Have to rebuild it again so that sucks I have put about 5800 miles on that rebuild, the next one I am haveing all new parts and get the crankshaft turned down and get oversized rod and main bearings,

this time it sould last alot longer, and I am going to polish some more of the parts that Im putting on, I will get pics of that rebuild up soon also

Im Getting it done now but the winter is coming so I might have to wait until the snow is gone, i got a New Truck its a DODGE RAM 150 with a 318 V8, she moves

I had my tints done by a profesional who assured me in writting that I will have a life time warranty, it took him 5 hours to complete, the front windows were easy, but the back window was removed in order to have a solid one piece black film. total cost was about 480.00. car looks great.
