MONTE CARLO SS

POLISHED PARTS

Instrument Cluster Cover

This is gonna be straight clownin sittin over my custom bezel and digital gauges lit up. I may powder coat it, but leave a polished ring around the outer edges of each circle. My Dakota Digital instrument cluster should be here by 9-9-08. I'll post pics of what I've been workin on. I think you guys will like it

Billet Aluminum Battery Box

Picked up this aluminum battery box off of ebay. Had it polished also. It's made to fit an Optima red top. I want to have the Chevy symbol engraved with "H.O. 350", with a red old style SS behind the engraving.

Aluminum Radiator

I also got the radiator, cover, and core support plate polished. Came out SSWEET!!

Before polishing..

AFTER...

Got these parts in the mail the other day. The skinny aluminum part is a radiator cover, and the covered stainless piece is the core support plate. I'm gonna have both pieces high polished..

****SIDE BY SIDE VIEW. Notice hove every curve and contour matches the factory part *****

Below...This is what the top plate cover looks like installed. No more nasty pitted or chipped paint/rusted crap . Gotta get mine polished tho'...These pics are not from my car. Just used these pics to show where this piece mounts...SSweet!!! Cant wait to see in...

Grand National Radiator Top plate. This isnt my car here. Just posted the pic to show the part. it will be polished to match the core support...

Core Support & Top Plate

Got the radiator cover back from the polisher today. Came out clean!! This setup will really clean up the front

B&M POLISHED TRANSMISSION SUPER COOLER

Had some brackets made to mount it to the core support and not the radiator. Came out really clean. Sorry for the sh!tty pics

You can see how the old shop damaged the finish.

Summit Racing Fuel Filter/Gauge kit

Wanted a gauge to dress things up a lil bit. This gauge will allow me to run the fuel line straight up to the filter instead of hookin it around to the other side of the carb.

Aluminum Driveshaft

Thinkin about getting this polished, and then ZOOP SEAL it to keep the shine. Really dont need to, but I think that would be straight ballin to say it is high polished. It will have to be cut to fit the 700r4, and other work will be done to it. This came out of an SS with a 9" Ford rear...
