these are some pics of my Brumby.

heres a brief thing bout the car in australia this is called a subaru brumby but i had to put it in the brat file thing. mine is a '91 model with the 1.8l engine. but i plan to put a 2L turbo in it and do it up heaps (paint, gearbox etc). unlike all the other cars like this on the site im aiming to make it go fast and so it up with big wheels and small tyres (complete opposite of the other ones) if u want a guide on what it will be like go to http://www.rigoliracing.com.au/brumby_dave.html theres a good brumby there that does 10s 400m

Its got the original bullbar, i think a custom rear bumper that i got it with and a 2.25 inch sports exhaust to a 3 inch cannon.

not very exiting atm but its a work in progress.

yea i think the previous owner or the dealer i bought the car off might have put the hubcaps on it coz its got the silver rims underneath. when i go off road i have to take off the caps coz they get filled with sand.

hey man my name is matt i have 1981 BRAT that i love. It looks as if subaru jipped you guys in the land down under considering the hubcaps but the brumby is pretty much the same as the second generation brat here in the US it has the same engine and body. i think the only difference is the name and hubcaps. mine has the solid steel rims. my page isnt up yet but i will have it running sooner or later. and from what my reseach has turned up it is better to leave the exaust pipe at the stock 17/8" because of backpressure unless you run it at over 3500 RPM`s all the time
