I sold my Diahatsu Applause and brought a 97 Honda Civic.
This is my Daihatsu applause, its a 1992, 1.6 ltr 16 valve single OHC, 5 spd. I picked it up for $1500 smashed and needing repairs. After putting another thousand in i got the car two wat it looks like now. The engine is pretty much stock, i have added an after market sports exhaust. The car also has 14" mags but i am thinking of upgrading to ROH Instincts in a 15" i was told 16" mags would affect the cars handling. The last owner lowered the back of the car and left the front raised so i will be getting around to lowing the front as well.
NEW UPGRADES Over the weekend i removed the stock springs and replaced them wit king springs. If you look closly at the front of the car you can see a huge gap between the body and the tire but know the front of the car sits lower than the back. I also went to install a K n N pod filter but realised that it would be alot of effort because of the fact it didnt fit were i wanted it to go I also put new neon windscreen washers on over the weekend wit a switch in the dash.
