Hi, Everyone
THE 12 SECOND B6T FESTIVA

FOR SALE $4500 OBO

Here is a little about my 1988 Ford Festiva.

I purchased this little flea around 2002 from my cousin's wife, she drove it for around ten years.
It had around 150k, The engine and carpet were very dirty.
So i cleaned them right away.
It came with 13" wheels other than that it was stock.
My first upgrade were the tinted windows.(All five were done).
I later added a catback exhaust.
It consist of a 2.1/4" stainless steel pipe and a borla muffler. I used a 4" magnaflow tip.I then put on the 175/50/13 tires.I also have a high flow cat in there.
I have KYB GR2's Struts.

I purchased a strut tower from fms.My engine had a leak from the water pump at around 213k. I replaced the whole engine with a 97 aspire engine.
I had to modify the fuel pump, fuel filter and the pulleys.
It runned way better after that.

I alway had the b6t engine swap in my head. So my next upgrade was a 5" tach and an air fuel meter + a volt meter to go with my gauge pod. I think it came from an eclipse 3 pods and i cutted 1 off to fitted.

My brother and i kept an eye out for a donor car. After a few month's my brother came across that ugly mercury capri. The good part is that the engine only had 90k and i drove it to test it.
It ran very nice.
I sold some part out of the capri to make some of my money back.
I just kept the engine tranny and ecu + wiring harnes and other stuff you need for this swap.

I had my engine for a couple month's in the garage, And started buying parts for it.
I got an air cone filter, 2step colder spark plugs.
I also bought an act clutch and a boost gauge.
The last things i bought were the blow off valve and the boost controller.

Yeah he did get 12.7 in the quarter mile and it is on video. This is one of my favorit festiva's so far from ff.com Keep it up and good luck on the next one. If you stick A b6t in that Yellow shell your not using I would be interested in driving it back to Ny.
