Accident as of Monday September 26, 2005.
What happened: I was following 4 maybe 6 other cars after going to BW3's. We decided to meet for the night and just hang out for awhile. I was taking it nice and easy since the motor was just built and I was still running on a previous tune. The front of the pack decided to take an off ramp at the last second and the last two cars lagged behind. The part of the exit ramp where there should be white stripped lines and pavement was unpaved for part of it. The unpaved part dropped down to just dirt/rocks. So after the drop down I hit the step back up to the other side and that is what caused the damage. I was just following the car in front of me (an MKIV Supra which also hit the same thing but was undamaged) so I had no idea what was going on until after everything was over. I was the only one in the pack that had any damaged at all. So far 3 tires are ruined and/or flat. Also, 3 rims are destroyed and the fourth is just slightly bent. I think the front of the car was airborn just from the sheer force of the impact. I also think my ass came up off the seat even with my seat belt on. Once I realized what exactly was going on I was able to get the car back under control and get it over on to the grass. All the fine details like that are just kind of blurry since it happened so damn fast.
You can see where the tire hit the top of the fender well and rubbed....

Again, you can see where the tire hit the top of the fender well and rubbed....
Front drivers side...this rim took the hardest hit.

Another angle of the front drivers side rim
Front passenger side rim. Notice just by the brake caliper there is a white line on the interior side of the rim. For those you who don't know where to look....look just left of the valve stem where you would put air in your tires. There you will see the little white line. That is a crack that is about 3" long on the interior of the rim.

This is the interior view of the picture above, it's the front passenger side rim from
This is the rear drivers side rim. You can see where the rim also sheered part of the tires sidewall.

If you notice the camber of the rear tire here...its tilted just a little.
Here is the crash site:

The Tahoe is further behind from where my car came to rest. My car came to rest about five feet from the gaurd that is ahead of the second yellow sign on the right hand sign. If you look close enough you can make it out.
This is where my front drivers side rim impacted with the pavement. You can see the black from rubber and a chunk missing in the pavement now. This is a good 5"-6" step up in the pavement.

This is where my front passenger side rim impacted with the pavement. Again you can see the chunk missing in the pavement
Hmmm interesting...no white stripped lines warning motorists.

Again, no white stripped lines warning motorists.
Looks are deceiving from across the highway. It looks like there is only a small bump.

Here is the rim that will be going on the car:
