05/15/2005: Background info: "The car is dyno and street tuned (by me so I'm not a noob haha). I know there are alot of burning of oil questions but this is not one really. I noticed today that as I shift between gears either at 7500 or 8000 (8000 creates a bigger blue cloud behind my car). And it's a pretty large cloud. It does not burn oil at idle, or even just normal driving, and I am not low on oil. I only see the cloud under WOT at high RPM's. Also I noticed that my dip stick was blown out of the hole and oil squirted onto the hood (it was in the hole to begin with). Is this normal or should I be really concerned? What could it possibly be?"

Soooo I did a compression test and leakdown 05/13/2005: 175, 175, 175, 175 (Compression) 10% 30% 10% 10% (Leakdown)

It was cylinder #2 that was in question. We found/heard it leaking through cylinder #3 and #4, out the dip stick hole, and a little out the exhaust pipe. Sooo that blows! Buuut now I have reason to do sleeves and boost it to 28psi :) hahaha bad news but brings good news at the same time. Stayed tuned for some new dyno numbers hehe.....ERL here I come!

----New Parts that are being ordered now----
Some more goodies hehe.

05/21/2005: Well the car is now at the shop. The fluids are drained and the motor will be pulled on Monday :) Damn this is going to be sooo hard to wait until it gets back. I see a lot of fun coming really soon haha.
