This is the 71 Chevy Nova I got when I was 16. My first car was a 1973 nova which caught on fire when my dad had a yahoo work on it.
When I got it in 1986, it was light green and someone replaced the bench seat and rear seat with what I can only guess is a set of black 72 bucket seats.
I saved up some money in high school and had it painted metallic blue and had some cheap body work on it.
The engine was a 250 straight 6 and the transmission was a powerglide. I replaced them both in high school.
The transmission I changed over to a turbo 350 and originally I changed the engine over to a 305.
The 305 was a horrible engine that I was told was a 350. I replaced it in college with a 68 vette 327 which is currently in the car.
I now have begun restoring it and the following pictures will be of the progress.
