(Fall 2007) JRSC...
The JRSC stands for Jackson Racing Super Charger. My Miata just does not have enough power for daily driving or faster AX events. With my WRX, if I wanna pass...really not an issue. Can pass almost anytime I wish. With the Miata...I have to really plan it right, if I can pass at all. For about $2200, the JRSC will give me about 140 HP to the wheels + I dont have to change anything else in the car. Friends have suggested the larger superchargers, but price is an issue, not to mention all the other up-grades that would have to be done. I have saved $1900 and am waiting for October 1st. Why the wait??? Well, one of the AX clubs that I belong to, I am still in the stock catagory + I am fighting against another racer. He + I are very close in racing times...I win an event, he's right behind me...he wins, Im right behind him in times. Right now...if I win the next event, I will win the class for the season. That race is at the end of September. I figure that if I cant win the stock class first, why go to race rubber or a SC to go faster.

Your domain is very nicely done, I enjoyed reading it...I envy all of you Autocrossers. If I only had the time...someday! However, with the topic of paint jobs and colors out there I think you can never beat all black! But, I'm a little partial.

you should just get the kit to drop a 5.0 in it.... they do 0-60 in under 5.5 seconds with the stock 5.0 liter v8.... and the handling isn't affected one bit

Nice page! Have fun with the autocross. I've got the Falken 615's on my car- way better in the rain than the 215's

Great start with your page on the Miata. You could use more pics though. My brother has been wanting to purchase one for a long time. I hope he gets one so that I can play with it a little too. Anyway, good luck with your mods and have fun with it. Come check out my Stealth if you have a chance.
