Allright well here is how the car stands now. It FINALLY fires up and will Idle. I have not gotten around to the final tunning as I still need to degree the cam and adjust the valves. Also the interior is TOTALLY in, (minus the door panels)
Well we all love pics so here they are.
Final shot of what the dash looks like.
And the seat, you have all seen, but I love them so much, you need to see them again. Notice the relocated, more safe, rear 5 point mounts.
A nice shot through the car, something you can only do if you got vertical hinges. :)
A final shot of the motor all bolted up after one of its first initial fire ups. From the right.
From the left.
Doors up in the garadge
Just under the front bumber.
And another, Note: stock 36mm hollow front sway bar with sphoon greesable mounts.
Here you can see how if you wanna run these 9.5" wide rims up front you will need to use a 2.25" spacer not 2" like I have. I am just gonna toss some little shims in there for now.
Nice shot of the rear tires, they are all set with 2" spacers.
Ignore the old brakeline in the way, but this is how my pipes sit at ride height. Not bad for true 3" duals.
The lowest part, the mid pipe going under the sphoon x-member.
My work area, as it sits in the garadge
Letting her streach her arms in the sun! LOL.
Side shot of hinge. Here you can see how the hydrolics are fully extended. They can each support 150lbs.
Showing the rear off whenever possible.
OK so here is a set of shots from the back. I really wish they came out lighter, but you get the idea.
Motor looks very different outside
Just looking at it, feels good to be close to the end after 3 years.
THERE I AM, thats what it is like sitting in it. Very comfy, hehe. I think this is my first appearance...
