Soon, I decided I wanted to do a tribute to the Trans Am that I fell in love with when I was a kid. I decided to do my own version of the 30th Anniversary T/A. And so I began the transformation
I started with a SCC Ram Air hood. I also painted the Front Plate Bird and the "Trans Am" lettering on the doors in Metallic Gold.

The Suncoast Creations Ram Air hood has rectangular inlets and much larger hood bulges than a GM hood. It can be made fully functional with the SCC airbox assembly.

I also added a Carbon Fiber Dash kit.
Can't have a 30th Anniversary with out the right stripes! I had the inner stripe done in Dark Gold Metallic and the Outer part done in Light Gold Metallic.

My WS7 badge that I bought with my SCC hood and stripes.
I had my local sign shop make me some custom Black and Gold 30th Anniv. Badges to go on the doors.
Also had them make some wheels centercap decals to match
One of the last finishing touches was the lettering and bird in Gold on the Rear Center filler panel. I covered the original bird design with a custom fit piece of gloss black vinyl and then layed the bird and lettering over it.

Topless!
