First off lets see whats powering this beast. Its a 2.2 Litre Toyota 5sfe Engine, it has 135 TQ & HP. Its got 223,xxx Miles on it, but it still goes. I do not have many modifications done to it at the money, it runs very well, but im unsure what i want to do yet with the engine. So far i have gutted the primary cat, installed the intake shown below, and put in NGK iridium Plugs.
I made my own custom intake, Many pics below, i did alot of degreaser and painting ...i never finished painting red tho...more work on it soon!
Ill also be repainting the entire intake tube red to match the rest of the car, along with the valve cover, and prolly redo the Exhaust manifold again, and maybe ill even paint the strut bar and intake manifold.
I plan to replace my old warn out battery with a brand new optima red top battery. Then i plan to get a voltage stabilizer from nology. I have plans to redo the entire ignition too, my Ingiter does start well anymore, so im soon to buy a new one of those too. Included in my future ignition setup is full MSD package. MSD SCI Box, Blaster 2 coil, NGK spark plug wires, and NGK iridium plugs. That shall give me better gas mileage, and make it idle tons smoother.
