Page 9: PCM Data testings/recordings

This is the page for all of the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) data recording and testing. I own an OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) computer scanner and I have got several data recordings off of the SC2's computer, and to manage how a performance part changes the computer or the engine, I will find out about it through recording serial data from the PCM during different atmospheres. I will post up the overbored throttle body changes on here soon, but I still have to take care of the rest of this site. Please be patient and I will have this up and running, and I mean it when I say so.

Ahhh, good times, good times.

hey you dont have to be afraid of the dif pin blowing because of slippage in the snow i have owned 2 saturns one 91sl2 with a/t and my current 95sl2 m/t and neither dif pins have blown and both engines and transmisions currently have well over 100k on them and i have put both cars through numerous newengland icy snowy winters and i love how yours is coming out 5stars hope this helps just dont do burn outs since the wheels are slipping and spinning under extreme friction and drag and that is what causes the dif pin to blow, it is too much force for it to handle my plans are to upgrade my dif to a limited slip from quaife differentials.

No i never did burn outs....it was more of just driving like an idiot.....the diff pin has a mind of it own. I have seen grandma-driven saturns with the diff pin out. As for snow im hoping mine last through the winter here. we just got a blizzard last week and the roads have been terrible

yeah it was like a gun shot went off under me......then a lot of metal hitting the ground, and after all that a lot of cussing. do not do burn outs at all in your car!
