10/24/2008- Okay, here's an update. I got tired of the ricey gold panels on the dashboard, so I decided to end that boy-racer look, by scrapping the whole idea. I put the stock panels and the vents back on, and the gold ones sit in a Saturn parts box in my room, with like $300.00 worth of other failed projects on this car, collecting dust. I sometimes find myself thinking about putting paint thinner on the gold painted center panel to bring it back to its graphite color, because the fog lamp switch is something I would like to work on to get it to work properly, but since I failed to find any good looking non-ricey fog lamps, the "GT Interior" idea is still just another failed project due to the ricey looks. In case you haven't noticed, I can't stand the ricers in my area, and I will do anything not to be classified as one of them. I don't want to offend anyone, because this is my opinion. I have come to hate a lot of things since this SC2 was crashed, and ricers are something that has taken a blow in my opinion. Any of my notes in BOLD are new ones.
I do, however, want to put extra sound deadening material in this car, but I will do it later on, when I have settled into a job.

An old photo (Compared to all the others) this is taken in August of 2004, (Ahh happy sweet summer days)
04/10/05- Now I finally got some photos of my GT Interior! Yay! A lot of people (Where I live) actually like the center piece being gold!
This is a pretty neat shot.
This is area around my radio. Looks good, doesn't it?
The blank area below my A/C is for a stock Fog lamp/Traction control switch. I actually have that switch, but because I didn't want to mess around with the perfectly fine harnesses, I never got it wired up, so it would just sit there, plugged in, as if it were part of the car, but it didn't do anything. So instead of being a ricerboy, having so many things that are never hooked up, I never drove with that switch on for more than 2 short trips. The nice looking and expensive switch sits on my bedroom shelf, in a Saturn parts box.
Don't forget the vents. I partially ran out of paint so there are a few black spots on the outer vents. I never got that extra can of paint, even though I still have the original can from 2005 to use as a reference, so to end the cruddy ricer looks in my interior, I didn't have those vents in the car for long.
Very old note from 2004: Here's my radio. I'm going to paint the color of the panel around the radio and A/C controls gold, along with the outer dashboard vents.
Obviously these are my rear seats. they actually look pretty comfy to me, so I like to sit in them when I take breaks from doing car work. I still find myself sitting in there sometimes because they never fail to be comfy looking.
My dashboard, polished like a mother! I use Armor All cleaning wipes to well, umm, clean the dashboard, inside door trim panels, rear trim panels, center console, and anything else made of plastic or vinyl. Then I get out some Armor All protectant wipes for the shine. Lastly, I use Leather wipes for the steering wheel (It is leather wrapped, after all) and the steering wheel is smooth and comforting to the touch (It helps out right after school ends, and man, I've got some really boring teachers and writing to do.) Wow, after school? I graduated from high school in 2006!
Here's my instrument panel, the three telltale lamps (warning lights, whatever they're called.) on the right bar say trunk open, Traction active, Anti-lock. But my car doesn't use those. So I'm thinking of wiring those lights up so they can tell me something I want them to tell. I do have the stuff, it is just what can I use them for? I'm not sure right now, and no I'm sorry I won't put neons in my interior. I still hate neons to this day.
