This is my GTi the day i got it. It was a present from my dad. My dad and his mate rebuilt it about 15 years ago and everything on it is new.
It has a golf 2 grill on it and under the hood is a 1.8 gti motor (goes nice) its about 0-60 in about 5 to 6 seconds i think.
There was a smashed back light when i got it and it was $200 Aus to replace.(oouuch)
The interior contains a new dash which wont crack like the origional and MK2 seats and custom MK1/MK2 door trims.
This is it at a car show (Day of the VW 2004)

Very nice car mate, very rare as well, especially in that condition!!
I have an MKIV R32, have a look.
