Just another family car.... Vtec dosen't contain any hyphens!!! Looks like the only thing you know how to do is talk sh*t. But, you don't even know what you are talking about. Just keep dumping your paychecks into that thing, it's still got less torque than my lawnmower. BWAHAHAHAHahahHAHAhAHHAHhAaaa!

I know he shouldn't have come in here and talked shit about your car like that. But, Zetec is not a Vtec rip-off. Zetec is the name of a european block design that has been around as long as Vtec. VCT on the other hand means Varible Cam Timing. This is only found in the ZX2, and the SVT Focus. VCT on the ZX2 is used in place of EGR for emissions purposes. It is not a VVT system and is not intended to be. Do a little research instead of making ignorat comments about engine builds you know nothing about. Good luck with your car, we all have to start somewhere.
