Let me introducing you.... scubah a wonderful hybrid car/pickup ! A grey Baja (not turbo unfortunately, doesn't exist in Canada) with a hard tonneau cover and bee deflector.

Laissez moi vous présenter Scubah, un drôle de véhicule mi-voiture mi-pickup. C'est un Baja gris (hélas pas Turbo car non importé au Canada) avec un couvre-benne rigide et un déflecteur avant.

This is Scubah in front of my little house on this cute part of Province of Quebec : Cote de Beaupre. How to explain what is a Subaru Baja ? In front of it, you see a car but from behind it's reaaly a litle pickup. Two different points of view for the same car. At this point, this explains surely why peoples have a lot of question and come to see this curious thing. A Baja isn't a car because car seems not to have a box to carry wet or muddy stuff...It's not a pickup too. I used to drive a pickup : not easy to park, bad driver feeling, huge appetite and too big for me. Of course with the hard tonneau cover, it seems to be those old car (U know what I meen, Dodge aries or so on).

Voici Scubah devant ma petite maison nichée au coeur de la Côte de Beaupré. Un Baja n'est ni une voiture car ces dernières n'ont pas une benne pour transporter des affaires mouillées ou sales... mais ce n'est pas un pickup non plus. J'en ai déjà eu : dur à stationner, pas de plaisir de conduite, un solide appétit et finalement trop gros pour mes besoins. Bien sûr avec le couvre-benne, on dirait plutôt un de ces vieux véhicules américains (du style du Dodge Aries).
