This is my 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ. I bought it in august of 2004 and I dont miss my 1999 XJ one bit. When I got it, it was mostly what I was looking for but I new it was in store for a little diferent look. The first owner had it sitting on his ranch and used it for getting around the land and put her on the road everyonce in a while. I was lucky enough that she only had 24k miles on it when i got her.
This is what it looked like the day I drove it home(except for the PIAA lighting). Not to bad of a start, the main advantage is the lift, bumper, and winch I didnt have to go pay $1000's for. Mods out of the box (for me at least) are a 4" Explorer Pro-Comp lift, ARB front winch bumper, WARN xd9000i winch, fender flares, 15" eagle alloys with 33" BFG A/T's, rear tail light euro guards, LeBra, and the grill mesh. First thing I did was buff out the paint and polish it up. Sitting out in the sun day after day (probly never saw the inside of a garage before) the paint had gotten faded and there were many surface scratches from offroading.
