These pictures are from the first test drive of the new motor. Theres still a lot to be done. It neds a final tune and an alignment. It did, suprisingly, pass emissions. It wouldnt even pass when the motor was stock so I was pretty shocked to say the least. I figured Id leave the front ground effect off until the alignment is done. As my buddy said, it looks like the car got its jaw ripped off.

Over the winter Ive got a ton of plans for the car, Ive begun to gather up the parts Ill be needing. The front LS1 brakes are going to be replaced by bigger CTS-V Brembo calipers and 14 inch C6 Z06 rotors. The stock T5 doesnt like being shifted hard behind this motor. So I picked up a 96 T56 that will be going in before spring. Itll be nice to have a second overdrive with the 3.73 rear gears. I think the biggest project for this winter is going to be the construction of a new 3 car garage. This is what Im most excited about, Ill finally have room to work on the car. Thats all for now, Ill be updating agin soon
