YellowBeast82's 1982 Jeep CJ7

My 1982 CJ7 has had many modifcations done to it since I've bought it in July of 2003. Mods include: Weber carb, ignition upgrade, rebuilt T5 tranny, rebuilt Dana 300 transfer case, new paint, black diamond corner gaurds, new lights (Hella 500s on the front bumper and KC Daylighters on the hood), new spare tire carrier, and Tuffy Sercurity Products for my system (rear speaker boxes and oveerhead console for headunit and CB). Now I have a new item to add to the part list... "new" rear axle (AMC 20). The original axle had been "fixed" about a year or so and the pinion, gears, etc. have been grinding for that long and the axle is shot. I ordered some 15x10 Cragar wheels. They are the Super Soft Black 8 from Quadratec. I had to get an Optima Battery for all my electronics in my jeep. My regular battery just couldn't handle the demand for the need.

For anybody in D'ville... I've gone mudding at the powerlines on Aneewakee and off Woods Road. Take a look that the other pages for those adventures.

Nice CJ. It's always great to see fellow CJ owners putting elbow grease and time into what is truly the best Jeeps. Nothing beats a well built CJ! I have an 84 CJ that I have been working on for the past 4 years. If you get a chance to check mine out,..let me know what you think. Keep up the great work.
