Some pictures from 2005 CES If they are on this page they were some of the very best at the show
Welcome to Vegas baby!

here is the Avantguard Room (L) and the Balancened Audio Technologies room (R)
Here is Bertram Cables display, they did not play music but these cables look like jewelry, simply stunning metal work
Below (L)is one of the big surprises for me at the show, those little Morel mini-monitors sounded fantastic and the DCS room (R)was stellar too. These were two of the top 5 best sounding rooms at CES

Below (L) is McIntosh's Ford GT display(The McIntosh HU I use is stock in this vehicle) and the Gershman room... great sound odd looking speaker (R)

OK someone had to have THE BEST sound at the CES 2005, here it is the HALCRO room with the Wilson Watt/Puppy (R). The Halcro electronics (L) with the Nagra and the new Meitner eletronics were breathtaking.

Below (C) is the Kimber ISOMIKE room, another in the top 5, displaying their SACD in 4-channel sound (very real). I bought a bunch of the Kimber ISOMIKE CD/ SACD's at CES 2005 and the ISOMIKE technique is truly a step towards realism in reproduced sound.

Above (R) is the Joseph Audio display, very nice sound!
Herron was also one of the top 5 best sounding demos at the CES, they were showing off their amplifier, preamplifier and NEW speakers (not quite on the market yet). Give this brand a listen you will be glad you did, their products (and the Morel) were relatively inexpensive
Morel (L) and Morel USA (R) I thought it would be fun to put these two together, they have so much to say (to each other)!

This is a special picture of Frank Hale of HiVi with their flagship speakers. They were smooth and powerful yet refined speakers and Frank is a great guy too!
