Hey, this is my 1998 torch red Chevrolet Corvette. This is my second car. I bought the Vette off Ebay around January of 2004. After flying out to Dallas, Texas, I drove it over 18 hours back home. Believe it or not, the ride wasn't that bad (except for Alabama; holy crap! Those are some rough roads). I have had the Vette for a year thus far, and I've already had a hit and run on it. Someone clipped it in a movie parking lot, but the weird thing is that I was parked all the way in the back by myself. Oh well, what do you do? Only in South Carolina.
Anyway, time for some mods. I am thinking of black wheels, black non-pop-up headlights, black Z06 grills, black running light covers, and painting the rear end black. Oh yeah, vertical doors, baby. It's time to make this little angel a demon. Any advise or opinions are welcome.
If you have to know, I have gone 170mph with this baby. I probably shouldn't say where or when, but Charles L. can vouch for me. I can't wait to see what this thing can do when it has a little modification done to it.
This is what the little beauty looked like when she got home.
What a beautiful car.
Call me crazy, but, yes, I did stand on top of my house to get these pics.

100mph without moving, baby.
I've gotten good at climbing the house my the time I took this pic.

Great looking wheels, but I think I am leaning toward black.
You might want to get used to this view. :)
American Pride (targa top, of course)
This is the Pilot's view. Yep, 200mph on the dash. I'm going to bury that needle one day.
Expert climber here.
Windows up + top off = Nice ride.
