hey...first off i dont have a licence yet so i dunno if iget past the law...and there already on the windows...im not putting them on soon...but im confused...is a 0% mean that its letting 0% light in, hense, pitch black tint? ...or is it the other way around meaning 100% is pitch black?

My A/T to 5-speed conversion cost me about $3500 when I did it. I used the best parts, though. I think you can get a conversion kit from stangparts.com for about $2000. I did the install myself so I don't know how much that would set you back.
