Here are a few engine shots...my pride and joy. I installed the turbo kit myself, along with most of the other mods on the car. I have upgraded fuel system to Hahns Portfueler setup and am running 270cc primary and 500cc secondary injectors.  I also keep an eye on things with the help of a Zeitronix Zt-2 wideband datalogger and 3.5 bar MAP sensor.

I drove the car for about 8K miles on 7psi and it was rock solid the entire time. For the next 8K miles however, with some tweaking of the FPR, I was hitting 10psi of boost.  After the 3" exhaust system was installed, I ran the car at 13 psi for its last 5K miles or so because it just simply out flowed the small internal wastegate.  If you read the updates on my first page, you know that the engine finally blew after about 23K boosted miles.  And then came the new built motor and upgraded fuel system, and I am now running at 15psi.

After installing the Portfueler I was able to lean out the air fuel mixture with the help of my Zt-2 wideband datalogger with 3.5bar MAP sensor.  As I do not have any ignition control, I did not want to hit more than about 15psi of boost and I wanted to keep the AFR no higher than 11.5.  Here is a shot of an older 3rd gear pull I did during my initial tuning stage.  I have done more tuning since then and am now at an AFR of 11.2-11.5 throughout the powerband.

Here are two pics of my Baer track system brakes up front. It consists of 13 inch rotors, 2 piston calipers, and stainless steel brake hoses. The rear rotors were also upgraded to OEM size drilled and slotted rotors, new semi-metallic performance pads, and stainless steel hoses.
