This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport. It is owned by James Broussard, a friend of mine's father. He's had the car for over 30 years and he dosent plan to get rid of it any time soon. He found it in an old barn and bought it when he was 17 for 300 dollars, and its been restored twice. He much of the work himself w/ the help of his brother and other partners. It currently boast a viper red paint w/ black strips. The paint was done by Edd Boudreaux as a favor for him. It was done right in a shop called Custom Muffler. With A small block 350, The est. horsepower is around 400, althought im not sure of all the specs... its has moroso valve covers, 12:1 dome pistons, hooker headers(left header is customized to go around high tourqe starter) it has a whole new rear end, and the rag top was cut and replaced with a hard top. Further down the road he plans to put a stock 390, and he plans to put an eletric fan, take out the power steering, put an eletric water pump and get rid of all the belts robbing power. The current engine is composed of a block owned by james, and the intake and some of the other parts came from Shexynader racing. the engine in which Earl Shexynader had in his impalla.
