Now here is a picture i took of the engine bay of the coupe when i brought it home....
Exploded battery melted teh fusebox and resivoir along with some other little things...And who knows what a power surge could have done to other electrical components in teh car...which i wont find out until after i rewire a new fusebox into the car.....
Here is the new longblock i got from CardinalPerformance.com out of Georgia,. The pictures show the engine as is, i did not clean it at all, but i had already started swapping parts from my black-top onto it.
My old OS Giken SS Clutch kit was basically shot and WAY to expenvice to replace, so i went ahead and got a Fidanza LightWeight Flywheel (10.5 lbs)and RPS Street Max Clutch rated to hold up t0 430 ft./lbs. of torque.
