ramblynn's 1970 AMC Javelin

Heres some interior pictures.The guages are cyberdyne,The leds on the left of the dash are my lighting controls-Micro switchs to 30 amp relays.Off is green on is red.The head unit is a Kenwood MP3 player.Dash completely removed and rewired with a painless wiring fuse box,along with Vintage air heater control system.Dash is from a 1971 javelin,seats are from a 1986 Dodge lancer.Custom upholstery by Jon Lind AC auto upholstery Eugene,Or.

ramblynn's 1970 AMC Javelin

Heres the engine compartment.One of the pictures is showing the underside of the hood,Polished stainless steel.The engine compartment was fully gutted and smooth firewall and boxed fender areas were installed.new suspension,springs and Larry Mitchells sway bar package were installed.Tilt column from a 1987 trans-am was used,all controls were moved to the column.Braking:Master cylinder,1994 Chevy silverado,adjustable proportioning valve,everything else AMC.The motor has been worked over extensively on the inside and when I get the specs I'll post them. On the outside Fuel delivery is Holley Pro-jection,Ignition is a D.U.I distributor,polished edelbrock R4-B,Polished finned valve covers from 4wd.com,Polished flowcooler water pump and the rest you can see in the pictures.Any different angle pictures let me know.

Your car was one of the main reasons I bought a Javelin. Seeing what you did to yours has Inspired me to do a similar project of my own. Check out the progress on my 70 Javelin so far.

nice Javelin! i'm currently building one with my brother and I was wondering what Cyberdyne fuel gauge you used (I can't seem to figure out the Ohm reading on the stock sender)
