Summer 2005, my annual road trip, and the Alero's first time out of Michigan. This year I toured with my father, and we went through Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee (where we spent a few days visiting family), North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. Perhaps you saw us!!! Anyways, I have to say that the Alero did suprisingly well, considering all the mountains we had to climb. My overall fuel economy ranged between 27 and 31 mpg, not bad if you ask me.
