I thought it might look more modern to add a "Euro Style" shark fin antenna, even if the design is BMW.

In Hawai'i, besides Safety Check and Inspection you need a Recon Permit (R) as I stated earlier. It is ridiculously lame and since there are so many modified cars in Hawai'i (especially Oah'u), minor upgrades like rims and exhaust need a Recon Permit to be considered legal to drive on the roads. For a long time I never had Recon and I was hassled pretty badly, but I have only been pulled over for Recon in Waikiki. To cops, no recon on a car is an easy target. I needed to raise up and reweld my AMG exhaust and while I was at it I also removed my catalytic converter and replaced it with a 2 1/4 inch pipe. It's much loader and throaty. I have heard that the catalytic converters on Mercedes cars are very restrictive. I wouldn't be suprised if it was better to remove my cat since my car is rather old and stuff tends to buildup in the cat. just, finally got your car on cardomain and I found it!!! Looks great, just get pictures after a nice car wash! Isn't having no cat illegal because of smog and possibility of fire coming out of the exhaust? Nice job brother! what color is that last one? Brandon
