I have owned this VR4 for a year. It is Twin Turbocharged and Intercooled with All Wheel Drive and All Wheel Steering. It makes 300hp and 307lb/ft torque at 9 pounds of boost. In the early spring, I plan to add a manual boost controller, setting it at 14psi and gaining approximately 50hp.
