Well so far there is 4200 miles on my Tucson and not one problem yet. There is a recall that has come to my attention. It is just a software upgrade.

I have decided to go with 4-12 inch subs. I will build the box this summer for them. I am not sure what kind of subs yet. I have been working on a Solid Works drawing of the sub box. I decided to go ahead and post a picture of it. I kept my Memphis amp from my jeep and the amp has groves on it like the solid works picture.

I have some new pictures of the Tucson. You can see the window tint. It is not very dark because it is legal. I use to have really dark tint but I could not get anyone to inspect it so I try to roll legal if possible.

Here are some pics of my black Tucson..

Here are some pictures of my '98 Grand Cherokee. It had 4-15 inch Memphis Subs in a box designed and built by me. The box was not too bad to built but the paneling was not much fun. The jeep also had 20" wheels, custom painted handles, tail lights, and mirrors, 40 series flow master muffler, and the list goes on and on. When I sold it the exhaust was loud! I bet not very many people have heard a jeep that loud. I am saying you could hear me from 2-3 blocks away. Everyone in the neighborhood knew when I was home.

Well here are some pictures of my old baby.

Slick Tuscon, can't wait to see the boxes when they are done. I'm looking at some fibreglass for my Santa Fe.

In my tucson I installed two 12 inch subs, driven by a 1000 watt amp, it punches more bass than i need. going bigger you would have to add more mid bass and highs to your system to keep it clean. I also had to fill the rear gate with dampning material to keep it from vibrating.

Very nice Tucson. I can't wait to see what you do with the sub box. Check out what I've done to my Santa Fe. Hyundai Rules!!

That sub cabinet will look real nice when it's built, idea is really killer looking. I love the ride on the tuscon, so smooth. Send me a message when ya post pics of that sub cabinet when it's done, looks cool.

Heya yeah mine would be a little easier to keep clean, lol. Black was my original choice but it meant that I would have had to wait another 3months to get it so I went with the silver.Actually glad considering i live on a busy street with no garage!! Yeah the stock speakers are actually much better with the aftermarket unit. The stock unit had a muffled sound and base. I find the JVC gives a much clearer sound, I can actually hear the tweeters too. I plan to get new speakers but I was surprised at the difference the JVC unit made so I have put it off for a bit.Looking forward to seeing some of your pictures when you upgrade yours!
