Don't forget to sign my guestbook ;)
Hello, and thanks for looking at my page. I'll start this little story off with how I got the car. Back in January of '04, I spotted my dream fiero on the internet, a 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT. Not only was it fairly low mileage (83k when i got it), but it was also in very good condition, and it had the right price ($2500). So I had it shipped here from California ($600 shipping), and it arrived in Nebraska looking alot different than I had expected. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, the color just looked different.

This is what it looked like when it showed up, just a good old stock fiero. I use to have alot more pictures than this but due to a mistake I lost all my pictures due to a Hard Drive failure.
Now I began making a list of stuff I wanted, on top of that list happened to be wheels. I am a firm believer that the best way to completely change the look and attitude of your car is to change the wheels. Next on the list - Lowering. I received my wheels in June of 2004, just in time to make it to WheatStock 2004 in Topeka, Kansas.

This is a pic of my car sitting in the hotel parking lot the morning before the show.
All in all it was a great time, I did get a brutal initiation into enterring your car into a contest though. I swear I waited more than 5 hours beside my car waiting for the judges to get around. But I met some great people, got to watch some drag races, and got to show my car off =D.
Sure I didn't win anything, but I really was out of my league there, I hadn't invested 1/10th of the time as most people there had put into their cars. All I did was slap some chrome on and call it good (not to mention spent a better part of one day cleaning it).
So after that was all said and done, me and my friend made it back unharmed. I wasn't quite happy about the results at Wheatstock (no awards & all), so I submitted my car into a local show and shine competition. I would've won it if some rich kid punk didn't bring his eclipse in. Oh yeah, the fact that I have holes in the decklid for a over-the-roof scoop didn't help either, not to mention my car looked like a 4 wheeler w/o a drop. But even though my car looked a little weird (in my eyes), it still brought in best of class and best interior of the show. So throw one semester of college in and 10k miles and we arrive where we're at today.
