My L200 had bad rust in the tub and also in the doors also the body and tub was full of dents .
I needed to fix the rust before it got too bad so I decided to do the hard yards and fully restore the truck inside and out.
Along the way I have met other L200 truckers restoring there rides and they have been very helpfull sharing info ...thanks to all !!!
Mechanically the car is stock with a factory 5speed and 2.0l astron 4G52 but I will have a good think about power options once the body and interior is done.
Here are some pictures of my L200 looking in a sorry state but soon it will look great

Nice ute man. I was just wondering how you cut the right shape out of the checkerplate to fit smoothly over the rear wheel gaurds? Also hows the fleck paint on the deck lasting? Is it grippy?

Great Work Mate! The tub on my L200 is near stuffed, but I have a replacement. As for the Cab, mine is in miles better condition, so you have done a top Panel Beating / Painting effort to restore it! Three Cheers!
