This is my 04 Ion Redline. I just put on a new custom cat-back exhaust system. I have 2.25" pipes from the catalitic to the axle and 2.5" pipes from the axle feeding into a Magnaflow muffler. Its a little loud but it has a great tone. I also just put on a K&N Cold Air Intake. Felt some good gains but the best part is how loud the Supercharger is. I also recently swaped my S/C pulley with a 3" pulley set up. Right now Im consistently hitting 15 psi. My only other mod is a Faze boost gauge I mounted on the steering colum.
Here is a list of the factory mods: Eaton M60 supercharger/innercooler, Short-throw shifter, 17" wheels, RECARO Sport Seats, 4pc body kit. Thats not bad if you dont mind letting a car company start the tunning process for you. I think that Saturns new "Redline" division is off to a good start.
