JUST GOT THE MOTOR FROM MACHINE SHOP
well so here's the story... as some people know i was waiting for parts for my
big LS/VTEC brand new built from the oil-pan up--- by my Machine Shop
finally took the engine to the shop and had it installed in my car....
it had some wiring issues and wouldnt start. so i took it to a shop around my way that was well known for doing honda swaps...
so i had my friend tow my car to the shop, and there they started her within a couple of hours, the shop let it idle for 2 hours,, oil level was fine, but there was a small coolant leak it was really no big deal i work for a dealership so i took the car from the shop drove it home about 7 miles.... woke up in the morning put a little bit of coolant in and let the car warm up for 15 mins took it to work everything was fine....
at 3pm i starter the car let is warm up for 15 mins drove the car about 200-250 yards drove it into the shop at my job and let it idle
and BOOM!!!! cylinder 1 the piston rod came smashing through my brand new block
distroying my block and all
DROVE MY CAR ALL OF 11.2 MILES
so so so sad
