Looking nice, I bought my Talon in a similar condition, with 45000 miles on it, back in 2000. As far as the hood, if you want to not paint a carbonfiber one, buy one of those instead of a stock hood, since that'll save you some money on paint. and since you're replacing the front bumper anyway, BUY A KIT NOW instead of waiting till later and wasting your money on a stock one you'll be getting rid of later. Since the car is gonna need some paint anyway, it's best to do all the bodywork now, and get it out of the way, it'll save you many many headaches in the future. After the exterior is done, rebuild the motor and work on that, leave the interior for last, since it'll cost the least, and take the least time in the long run. :)
