I read the following quote on another members page here, and i cant remember who it was....but when I read it...well just see what you think...this is so damn awesome!!!

"We have become part of something much more complicated than you or I will fully comprehend. We build more than just trucks... we build friendships, we build futures, we build our dreams. We drive our trucks low and hold our heads high, because we have an unwritten and unspoken agreement to live life to the fullest and never fall victim to "the norm". Others laugh at us when we spend hours on end working on our trucks, yet shake our hands when we are done."

MY TRUCK

This is one of my toys, and probably my favorite, only because i've had it the longest. I bought this truck in december of '97, I was a senior in high school. When I bought it, it had a 4/6 Belltech drop, a set of Weld racing aluminum 17's, a billet grill, and a roll pan. As you can see all that has changed now. All I can say is that its a work in progress, and I'll probably NEVER be done with it, all it takes is time and money, unfortunately I dont have much of either one.

It now sports the following:

Fully independant F.B.S.S. air ride suspension, with 1/2" lines and 3/4"electric valves
in the front and 1/2"electric valves in the back.... I broke my dash cuz the front slams down so hard and fast...OOPS!

17 gallons of air hidden under the bed

engine driven air compressor

The frame has been step notched through the bed

four link setup in the back with a panhard bar

Chrome 17's ( for now )

Shaved door handles, tailgate handle, and all emblems.

zr5 roll pan from xtreme composites

The tag has been re-located and recessed into the tailgate with two white LED's for lighting

Cadillac escalade front clip
(and i didn't bitch out and put the fender flares on... i welded the holes shut and smoothed them out)

Aftermarket H.I.D. headlights

four JL 12's in the bed with a cut-out firing into the cab

Seat swap from an '02 silverado

and theres probably alot more that i've forgotten

did you know that, the bigger the wheels you have....the cooler you are??? WHAT A FUCKIN JOKE B>

WHEELS AND A WING ARE NOT CUSTOM...WHEELS AND A TV ARE NOT CUSTOM...CUT = CUSTOM

One little thing that i wanna mention......Lets look at the word "custom" for a minute.. To me, "custom" means that something is "unique" and "one of a kind" This word is misused so much and it just gets on my nerves so bad. These kids go out here and buy stuff off the shelf and have the nerve to call it custom.....YEAH RIGHT!! You didnt make it, ANYBODY can go out and BUY the same thing you've got so its NOT one of a kind, it's NOT unique. so, I just wanna leave all of you with this little phrase to remember the next time you start to call something "custom"...............
"CUSTOM DON'T COME IN A BOX"

the hole in the back of the cab is where my system goes, but i had to take it out when i notched the frame, and four linked it. i'm gonna build another amp rack and set the whole thing up different this time around, but i'm still gonna keep the 4 JL 12's

These are kinda old pics, i have since cleaned up this mess you see back here, and put the bed back on.. this was just a temporary setup so i could at least drive it
