This is my 1979 chevy Scottsdale. my dad gave this truck to me after i got my license to do what ever i wanted with it and i have! Its got the stock 350 in it with only 65000 original miles! Dad bought it new and didnt drive it alot, it maily sat in the garage alot. Its got a 4inch lift on it and im looking at gettin a 6inch kit for it.

The paint is the same as the origianl color(Hawian Blue), and the pin striping were all done by local guys.
bigblue79's 1979 Chevrolet ScottsdaleHeres the front, its kinda plain right now im looking at gettin a billet grill and some high powered driving lights for the brush bar or just taking the bar off and puttin a set of high powered driving lights on the bumper.
bigblue79's 1979 Chevrolet ScottsdaleThese are the newest addition to the truck. They are 15x10 eagle alloys. My BFG A/T's are still in pretty good shape but they arent good for muddin right now. Hopefully ill get some new ones soon. If i do they'll be another set of these or some Mickey Thompsons.
bigblue79's 1979 Chevrolet ScottsdaleHere are the bucket seats my dad and i installed to replace the bench seat. They were a b*&$^ to put in but i love them though. My dad and i also made brackets for and installed the nerf bars.

2 10inch Rockford's. they hit pretty hard but since its a big truck alot of it is absorbed. But i also think its not bad for a home intall job. took my dad and i about 3 hours!
bigblue79's 1979 Chevrolet Scottsdalethese are the new tweeters i put in about a month ago myself. They are 100watts and they scream pretty loud even though they are only spliced into my front speaker wires.
