THE BOX BUILD UP

The build up of my fiberglass box. This was my first attempt at using fiberglass and overall i would say that it sucked. lol well it wasnt very hard but it was time consuming and frustrating.

The MDF divider is liquid nails'd into place and sealed with expanding foam. The MDF rings are seen in place

The T-Shirt used to make the top. Hot glued into place and then resin is applied. The resin was mixed wrong and it took like 4 days to dry.... this stuff smells soo much too.

the one on the left is me and my mask i had to get because i underestimated the MDF dust.. look at how covered i was.. I had breathing problems for a week. This stuff sucks, get a mask from the get go.

I still have to bondo, smooth, sand, and paint my box so more to come......
