Here is how it went down.
I just started removing all of the parts, taking pics along the way for a reference if needed(and it was in the end).
Start:

Heres what it looked without the intake.

I removed everything, all brackets, pulleys, wiring, accessories, intake, valve covers, everything but the heads. Then I began the work of customizing the Thunderbird A/C / Jackshaft bracket, and the Alternator/Power steering bracket. I tapped holes to fit the A/C Compressor, and ground a bunch of metal off of the Alternator/PS bracket to make all the accessories fit. Then I swapped all of the pullies since I moved from a single 6 rib belt, to a 8 rib, 3 belt system. After that Came the SC intake, I used the Mustang bolts at first, THEY ARE LONGER AND SNAP OFF IN THE BLOCK, so I had to take an easy out to the couple that snapped, and got some shorter bolts. After the intake I had to modify the wiring harness, the injector wiring needed lengthened, TB/MAF/IAC/Water Temp and other connectors had to be soldered in from the Thunderbird harness. I installed the Fuel Rail, Injectors, SC, and Throttle Body. Installed the new Coil pack bracket and thermostat housing. I had to modify the Brake Booster lines to make room for the Intercooler Tubing, this and modifying the A/C lines are the biggest PITA's of em all. After the IC tubing and A/C were in, I cut away on my Radiator fan housing, I ended up using a circular saw because so much had to be removed, another PITA. After the Intercooler was in, I worked on the Emissions crap, plugged the EGR tube, removed all unnecesary BS, but left the sensors hooked to vacuum with plans on 'No Check Engine Light'(works when not in boost, like for an 'emissions test'!). I used the base of a Supercoupe throttle cable bracket, my stock throttle cable, and had a buddy solder the end of my Mustang bracket to it, this allows me to A)keep my stock linkage B) Keep Cruise control and C) clear those darn heater core lines. After all of this was taken care of, I got creative with the mustang water pump, the heater core outlet exits RIGHT below the supercharger, making it impossible to attach the HC lines. Here I cut the tube coming out of the water pump, had 1 end welded shut, ran 2" of HC line to some copper piping, yes, copper piping. Here I ran a 'Tee' and fed a line up and over the blower snout, a couple 90's, and plenty of hose clamps...works like a charm. Fill up with Premium gas, install a chip, GET A TUNE, and waste some V8's!
Don't use this as a strict guideline if your doing this project... I left some tricky things out, and did some things the hard way.
The result:

Custom Coolant lines:

Custom Throttle Cable Bracket:

Custom MUSTANG CAI, I bought a 3" PCV rubber connector from Home Depot, cut part of the intake off, flipped it around, and it works like a charm.
