Getting ready

The project started with only an Intake and Magnaflow True Dual exhaust. Anyone that says they can feel a HP difference from the intake on a V6 mustang is full of shit, it was just for show. The exhaust gave me better top end, but at the price of low end power. Putting bigger exhaust on a car helps cylinder scavenging at higher RPM's, but due to the reduced backpressure, you loose a little bottom end. However if you are supercharging your V6, a free flowing exhaust is a must.

After buying the so called 'M90 Kit' I started with the fuel pump. Pretty damn easy actually, one can drop the tank, spin it around, pull out the assembly, and drop a new one in in under an hour. I went with the Walbro 255 LPH, so getting enough fuel up front should not be a problem.

Heres the intake I bought on Ebay:

I decided I could make it work on the Supercoupe top end so I didn't have to buy another intake... You'll see that later.
