Alcky Injection Install Pics and Instrustions

Ok first step is to drill hole for the "sprayer" i used a 3/8" bit it is a little smaller than it needs to be but makes it a good tight fit. Here is a good pic of the hole.

Ok next is to take the 90degree bend with the "sprayer" on the end of it and the threaded part and insert it through the intake tube and thread it into the 90 bend, and tighten down.

Here are 2 pics of that.

Ok next is to re install the intake/intake tube. And than feed the Steel Line to the connector on the "sprayer" and tighten down, be careful to make sure that the "sprayer nozzel" points into the S/C. PIC

Now for the pump. First move the random "box with wires thingy" than find the wire that is going to the Headlights and it will have a clip on it that holds it to the frame. Take that off the frame the hole for it is in the perfet spot to bolt on the pump. Next slide the pump down into the whole and move the wire comming from the Alt up so the pump fits in. Bolt pump in with one random bolt found laying around room. (or go buy one) Run Steel wire to pump and tighten. Pic of completed pump (-power) The blue hose is installed later.

Ok now the funny part, my windshield washer tank was full with "who the hell knows what mix of windshield washer fluid. So i just drilled the hole with the full tank. (got vid of that) 3/8" hole as well. Throw some "fake booby" on the tap and screw it in. Than connect the blue hose to the pump and feed it to the tank (i had about 2feet extra so feel free to run it how u like). Also make sure there are no kinks in the line cause kinks are bad. I threw some extra hose when makeing the "turn" to the tank so it would not kink. Here is a pic of the "turn" and the hose tapped into the windshield tank.

As you can see the hose runs right and than back left that is the "turn"

Well As so of you know the kit is now officially done and isntalled in the car. Here are a couple pic of the MAP install and the controller.

This is the MAP sensor with a vac line and a t-fitting on it so all I had to do when installing it into the car was tap into the boost gauge line.......kinda.

In the next two pics the t-fitting for the vac line, and the MAP sensor location are shown. In the pic on the left you can also see some of the wireing for the map sensor.

Now in this pic the wireing for the system is shown, (exclude the red wires, they are for something else) this is what each wire is for:
Blue runs to the pump
Green - Map sensor/green on controller
White - Map sensor/grey wire on pump
teal - ground from map sensor
black - ground from controller
red - not part of alcky kit

And don't worry the teal and black wires are no longer on like that i fixed it up nice.

And here is the controller w/o the face plate you will get with it if you buy the kit.

Mitch, Thanks for visiting my page. Your RL is lookin' sweet. I've seen your posts on the RLforums site. I like the airbox mod. I'm still trying to figure out the PSI- thing.
