I was quoted $120 for installing the parts at a Midas auto shop and so I decided to do it myself with my friend Eric's help. We would have gotten it fine had it not been that we cut one of the pipes too short and it wouldn't stay together. The only things we got on to the exhaust were the new cat and a piece of pipe about 1.5 feet long. I had to take it to Meineke (45min away) like that. It sounded awesome lol! I got so many looks when I took off from lights because it was insanely loud. But alas, that had to change. I got it there and they laughed because I had the back half of the exhaust in the back seat of the car. They said $25 to put it all up correctly and I said "sweet..." So here are some before and after pictures for ya'll. Enjoy:

I bought a Pilot Motorsports chrome muffler tip at Walmart the other day and put it on the same day I as did the fog lights. It looks really nice. Here you go:

I bought some high temp paint (1500 degrees - a little over board - lol) and a pair of ramps from my local Walmart, at which I am currently employed, today and painted my exhaust system silver. I didn't paint the catalytic converter for 2 reasons: 1) Its got a lot of holes in it that I guess are for cooling that I didn't want to get paint in and 2) I'm going to get a new one in a few weeks hopefully anyway. But everything else cat back got painted. It looks cool to me but judge for yourself:

I finally did it! I got the new muffler put on. They quoted me $75 for the install but it ended up only costing me $45 (they had some extra tube around for the extension so they didn't have to go buy some). It was cool watching them put it on as well as getting to walk underneath my car. Not many times you get to do that lol. I got a lot of pictures of (although I am only going to put a few on here). It sounds really cool, not to loud but you can definitely tell a difference in it. I can also feel the extra power in it as well, another 15hp! They also had some cool corvettes in the shop that I might add on another page just because they were awesome. Thanks to Larry's garage & Body Shop for their awesome job. Here are the pictures of the install:

Turns out I need a new O2 sensor as well which sucks cause the quote for that is $151. I found some 02 sensors for about $60 so maybe if I got one ahead of time my overall cost could be less. I would do it myself but it would be better to do it through the garage for warranty purposes and such. I'll keep everyone updated when I get it all done. *sigh* There goes all my money. If I only could win the lottery...: P

I got the muffler in. The quote for an install cost is $75. Anyone know where I can get it done for less? If not it will be at least a month until I can put it on. Here are some pics to tide ya'll over for now:

Hey, nice to see your still going strong at the LeSabre. I have a simple intake system on the way and will be getting it on in a week or so. How tough was your fog light system to install wiring wise?
