So I finally got around to rebuilding my front suspension and installing a Allpro Hysteer kit.

Here it is with everything torn out.

The hangers I built, after hearing numerous people calling there front hangers "rock anchors" I decided I wanted something with more clearance than what the more traditional hangers provided. So this is what i came up with. First I cut out the factory crossmember and replaced it with 2x2x.25 complete with speed holes.
below that is the 2x2x.25 square and 5/8 hangers. They came out to be about 2" lower than factory and 1" forward.

While the axle was out I also boxed my steering stops and cut out the bottom ubolt plate deal.

Next up on the list is mounting the IFS steering box. With the rears up front my axle ended up going forward 3 inches, so I needed to really push the steering box forward.
Rather than completly hacking out the core support, I was able to only completly hack out the inside of it. I used the torch to cut it out, and at the red arrow I heated it up and pounded it out with a BFH. So from the outside you cant hardly tell that it is cut out.

Here is a shot of the box mounted with the frame plated with 1/4 inch plate on both sides of the frame also with the holes sleeved.

All that is left now are the shock towers.

For the towers I used a set of ford f250 towers that we had lying around. I added some simple braces to the sides cut out of 1/4 inch. I may still add some sort of over the engine support but this is it for now.

To fit the 14" Bilstien 5100s I had to go up through the inner fenders, here is the final location.

misc stuff:

Brake lines
I used the factory brakelines with factory rear brakelines connected to them, cheap but almost too long. Im using some springs to hold them up out of the way.

Springs
The springs are a mix of the factory rear springs and a couple of other misc leaves thrown in to end up with a 6 leaf pack which are 48" long and have a 2" offset centerpin. I replaced the rubber bushings which have a 18mm hole for the spring bolt.

Bumpstops
I havent gotten around to building these yet, however I plan to simply build a drop bracket that will the limit my up travel to approx 5 inches using the factory bumps.

Sector shaft from steering wheel to steering box
This had to be extended to compensate for the 3" axle relocations, I simply cut it got a piece of pipe that fit OVER the shaft cut it to make up the 3" and welded in place. Its important to use a piece of pipe that will fit over the shaft, so that in a head on accident the shaft will still collapse.
