This is my dualtransfer case setup.
first off here is a link of a good install write up from marlins website. http://marlincrawler.com/docs/dualcase/install.html

mtnkid82's 1985 Toyota 4Runner I bought the whole unit used off of pirate4x4.com. Its loaded with 4.0 gears in the rear case and thier connected via a marlin addapter. To support them I ordered a Front Range Offroad crossmember/skid. Although it pretty Fn expensive Im fairly happy with it. I had a few slight problems getting the skid plate to bolt up so I had to drill out all the holes slightly so I could get it tweaked enough for all the bolts to go threw. The rear output flange had to be swaped out so I could run the front drive shaft in the rear, for this I just used another front output from a Toy case I had laying around.

For driveshafts I went and had my front shaft lengthened and I used it in the rear and for the front I used rear half of a two piece shaft of a 1985 Toyota extended cab, It fit in with out any modificaions. And since I still have factory style front suspension then I dont need a long slip spline up thier.
Since I have a CV on the rear now, I had to clearance the horsecollar crossmember, this was done by clearancing what I needed to and then bending a piece of 1/4 plate in to a U shape and welding it into the gap.
mtnkid82's 1985 Toyota 4Runner These shots show what my interior looks like now. The rubber boot is a factory Toyota boot cut inhalf then screwed down to the floor. When I mounted the shifter I fliped it around and put it in "backwards" to keep the shifter father foward.mtnkid82's 1985 Toyota 4Runner
