When I installed the body lift a gap was formed between the rear bumper and hatch bottom. I was getting tired of it, and also the low trailer hitch receiver I had. I solved both problems by constructing a new rear bumper with a receiver built in. Thanks to my friend Craig for the welding work done on the bumper. Now I could always be set up to tow a trailer and not have to worry about the receiver getting hung up when wheeling.

That's Nel about to tow my trailer home after spending the weekend at Hollister Hills. The trailer had inherited Nel's old 31's and also been lifted a bit.

The next summer, I took Nel up the Signal Peak trail near Fordyce Creek to try out the new rear differential that Craig had welded up for me. It worked like a champ! Brian, the owner of BroncoII.org was down visiting and took his "Blue Branger II" on the trip as well.
