I purchased this 92 Daytona IROC R/T Nov. 04. The front wheel bearings were Toast and I had to trailer it home. They don't sell the wheel bearings anymore - only the wb assy. for $300. I put in new wheel bearings. During the test drive I found out that it leaks antifreeze and power steering fluids. oh oh.

Couldn't find out where the leaks were coming from.

Changed heater hoses and a few vacuum lines.
Didn't find the leaks.
I pulled the Head. Everything looked good, so I match ported the manifolds and the head. I also knife edged the port dividers.

Still looking. It was the rad cap.
Here's a pic beside my 84 Daytona Turbo Z. I have installed a complete 89 Shelby "competition" TII, trans and entire suspension into the car so far. With the mods already made it puts out 270hp. I have a ported Neon DOHC head, SS header, 52mm TB, polished aluminium tunnel ram manifold, ext. wastegate, 50mmBOV, a Super 60 computer and a T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo for it.

Apr 05 I bought a 92 Black Daytona IROC R/T. It has 66,000mi. and is in mint condition. Unfortunately it's all stock, but I'll fix that soon.

Here it is parked behind Pat Cook's Green 93 IROC R/T in Kelowna where I bought the car. His car is in even better condition than my Black IROC - and has less miles on it.

Here's my two IROC R/T's parked in front of my Motel (Country Inn Motel/Nimpo lake).

I already have the FWD Perf. 18psi/3 bar computer and the 40% injectors for it. Also waiting is an extra intercooler, polished/ deburred TB, exhuast, Apexi BOV, windage tray, sub & amp, guages, etc. I plan to fully port the head, remove the balance shafts and modify the oiling system. Should have about 350hp at big boost.
